What to Bring to an Appointment

All borrowers (Purchase):

  • Tax Returns and 1040’s (Federal) “ALL PAGES” for the last two years.
  • Two most current Bank Statements for ALL ACCOUNTS (savings, checking, IRA’s & Stocks) “ALL PAGES.”
  • A copy of your Homeowners/Fire Insurance policy, with agent’s name and phone number.
  • A copy of your Purchase Contract and Escrow Instructions.
  • A copy of your Driver’s License.

All borrowers (Refinance):

  • Tax Returns and 1040’s (Federal) “ALL PAGES” for the last two years.
  • Two most current Bank Statements for ALL ACCOUNTS (savings, checking, IRA’s & Stocks) “ALL PAGES.”
  • A copy of your Homeowners/Fire Insurance policy, with agent’s name and phone number.
  • A copy of your Driver’s License.

W2’d EMPLOYEES:

  • Current Pay stubs – (2) per borrower.
  • Last two years W2’s.
  • If applying for a FHA or VA Loan, copies of Driver’s License and Social Security Card.

IF SELF-EMPLOYED:

  • Year-to-date Profit Loss Statement nt.
  • Copy of Business License.
  • Corporate/Partnership Tax Returns (Federal) for last two years & 1099’s/1120’s.

PLEASE REVIEW ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU:

  • Divorce Decree (ALL PAGES).
  • Proof of Alimony/Child support – Six Months cancelled checks (if using as income).
  • Copies of ALL rental agreements/mortgage information on rentals.
  • Social Security/Retirement, Award Letters, Pay stubs, Proof of deposits, etc.
  • If Renting: Name, address, & phone number of landlord and amount of rent paid.
